St. Paul’s Institution Prefectorial Board or SPIPB (morning session) currently consists of 49 prefects. The prefects not only play a vital role in maintaining the discipline of the school but also help at all school functions and other events such as the Annual OPA Dinner.

The present committee organized the Annual Prefects Dinner which was held on 29th September 2013 at Hotel Royal Bintang, Seremban. The retiring prefects were feted  for the service rendered to the school. The Annual Prefects’ Camp was held at Starfresh Agro Park, Kuala Pilah from 24th to 26th of March 2014. The theme of the camp was “Seizing Opportunities”, during which prefects were encouraged to seize opportunities to develop themselves as leaders. Talks and activities such as obstacle course, orienteering, jungle trekking, group presentations and ‘Murder Case’ were carried out during the camp. A futsal tournament was then held on the 6th of July 2014 at Public Star Futsal Court in Seremban 2 for which trophies were given out to the winning teams. The tournament was organised to promote co-operation and foster friendship among the prefects.

Aside from these, the council member and prefects have regular meetings. Contact time is held to discuss problems and disciplinary matters the board may face.

Prefects have strived to be good role models to all. To this end, the Prefectorial Board will continue to work hard on improving the effectiveness of the prefects in school and their image as leaders.
