Our teacher advisor gave a lesson on the knowledge of Buddhism so as to promote the understanding of Buddhism.
17/2/2016: Chinese New Year Celebration
Some of the committee members performed a Chinese New Year action song in the school hall.
2/3/2016: Buddhist Quiz Competition
All the members in the Buddhist Club were involved in the competition. The quiz was for members to have a better understanding of Buddhism.
23/3/2016: Sketch Competition
The members were divided into 8 groups. Each group was given a topic on Buddhism for them to act out.
13/4/2016: Buddhism Movie Presentation
This activity was to enhance the member’s knowledge on Buddhism.
27/4/2016: Wesak Day Celebration
All members of the society celebrated Wesak Day by praying and carrying out the Buddha bathing ceremony.
11/5/2016: Founder's Day Celebration
2/6 - 5/6/2016: National Annual General Meeting of YDAM
14 committee members of the society took part as volunteers to help out during the meeting which was held at Bayu Beach, Port Dickson.
8/6-11/6/2016: "Hand-in-Hand Secondary Leadership Camp" (National Level)
12 committee members of the society participated in this leadership camp which was held at Dong Zen Temple in Jenjarom,Selangor. This was to build leadership skills and boost self-esteem among the members so that we can lead the society well.
22/6/2016: "Ice-Breaking" Activity
"Ice-Breaking" activities were carried out with the Lower Six members as a welcoming event.
